OPENING HOURS

You can shop on the website 24/7, don’t you just love that!! If you have any questions at other times please call us on (02) 9555 6434 or send us an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am til 3pm. If you leave a message, we promise we will get back to you.

THE STOCK

We try and keep the website up to date but sometimes one or more of the FLATOUTbear colours may be out of stock or sold out. Should this happen, we will contact you immediately with alternatives ie change of colour, full refund or back order.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you would like a refund or an exchange you can return the item, at your expense, within a two-week period from the date of purchase. The item must be unused in original condition.

In the case of a return, you will be required to return the item, at your cost and a full refund will be given excluding the original postage cost.
In the case of an exchange, you will be required to return the item, at your cost and we will make the swap. Postage costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange.

In the rare case that you receive faulty goods, please email or call as soon as possible. We will help you resolve the problem and work out the best solution.
