10 FLATOUTbear Donated to ICU at Sydney Children’s Hospital at Randwick
Bondhi’s mother contacted us to let us know how his FLATOUTbear, Malachi, helped him through his tough time.
Malachi helped Bodhi to feel comfy and safe when he was sick and needed to have special tubes to help him to breathe. Thankfully Bodhi is all better now.
Inspired by the love and comfort Malachi gave him, Bodhi asked us to share the FLATOUTbear love with other sick children in the hospital. In 2022, we donated 10 FLATOUTbears to the ICU at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick, an Australian children’s hospital located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales where over 1,000 critically ill and injured children are treated every year.
We have seen that the FLATOUTbears have made unwell children feel comfortable and safe during uncertain times just like Bodhi. As parents ourselves, we have seen first-hand how difficult it is to watch our children go through illness and how even the smallest comfort can make a big difference.
With every bear given, a bit of comfort goes into tiny arms, right when it’s needed most. We are proud that each FLATOUTbear purchased supports such a worthy cause.
