FLATOUTbears are made from 100% Australian sheepskin. Wonderfully snuggly and naturally breathable, sheepskin has self-cleaning properties, is naturally anti-bacterial and water-repellent. It’s what makes a FLATOUTbear so comforting to cuddle and so easy to love — at any age.
What colours are FLATOUTbears available in?
We have a number of yummy colours including Honey, Milk, Latte, Chocolate, Rosie, Bluey and our iconic Koala of course.

Are FLATOUTbears suitable for babies?
Yes. FLATOUTbears are tested to meet Australian, New Zealand, USA, EU and UK children’s toy safety standards (CE tested). As with all baby products, we recommend following SIDS guidelines and using a common-sense approach.

Where are FLATOUTbears made?
FLATOUTbears are handmade in China using 100% Australian sheepskin. We have worked with the same family-run business for over 20 years, where each sheepskin is carefully tanned, hand-cut and hand-sewn. The finished bears then return home to Australia, where our Sydney-based team inspects, grooms and packs every FLATOUTbear before sending them out to homes all over the world.

You can buy a FLATOUTbear directly from us or you can visit one of our FLATOUTbear stockists all over the world. You can find your nearest stockist here. However you find them, FLATOUTbears are ready to be loved and gifted again and again.
Do you have a FLATOUTbear shop or show room?
Yes, we do! At FLATOUTbear HQ we have a small showroom and shop where you can come and choose your FLATOUTbear in person. We’re usually in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so we recommend giving us a call on +61 2 9555 6434 to make sure someone is there to welcome you.

How will my FLATOUTbear be shipped?
Your FLATOUTbear will be sent via Australia Post. We ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your FLATOUTbear’s journey from our place to yours.
How long will my FLATOUTbear take to arrive?
For Australian orders, your FLATOUTbear should arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International orders usually arrive within 7–12 business days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow your FLATOUTbear’s journey to you.
