Wow – December already! So much has happened, and here are the highlights.
Our 2024 started with a trade show at AGHA Sydney Trade Fair at Sydney Showground in Sydney Olympic Park from 17-20 February. FLATOUTbear delighted new stockists and visitors at our booth.
Spring arrived with the launch of our limited edition baby bunny for Easter. This adorable addition quickly captured the hearts of our fans, becoming a seasonal must-have! Each FLATOUTbunny Baby comes with a beautiful back-to-back photo bunny card, ideal for little one’s first Easter photo or framing as a keepsake.
In April, we introduced our bear-y adorable milestone cards, perfect for capturing those precious moments. Designed with FLATOUTbear’s playful and fun spirit, these cards make your baby’s firsts even more delightful.

In May, we began sharing valuable insights about sleep in collaboration with Anna, from Seed to Sleep to help parents and babies develop healthy sleep habits. Our bears have become an integral part of bedtime routines and comfort.
The AGHA Melbourne Trade Fair at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre lasted for five days, showcasing our entire collection with free sticky lollies to visitors. The trade fair provided an excellent opportunity to connect with new and long-time stockists. During this time, however, sad news broke that Sarah’s dog, Buddy, had passed away.
During the month of August, we also celebrated our 23rd birthday. Can you believe it’s been that long since we started FLATOUTbear? We celebrated this milestone with a giveaway and videos of our super fans sharing their love for their flat bears.
In October, we visited Paris in preparation for our bears to be included in the from December 4, 2024, to June 22, 2025. Isn’t it exciting? The exhibition invites everyone to rediscover a piece of their childhood by visiting the museum’s teddy bear collection.
Reflecting on this amazing year, we are thankful beyond words. We appreciate your support and for being a part of our journey. Our heartfelt thanks also go out to our fabulous team for their dedication and hard work.
